First try to do something to improve the situation. Try to understand what bothers you to write a dissertation. If nothing helps you, then you may think of the online dissertations.
In fact the reasons why you cannot write your work can be absolutely different. I will tell you about one of them. You would not believe it, but actually not all people can read. I mean, not everybody can read properly so that to get the main idea of a book or article. This can be a serious reason why you cannot keep on writing your dissertation.
These are some rules of the correct reading:

* Even if the book is not very big, it is better not to read the whole book at once. When you first get the book, preview it so that you know the size of the text you will have to read. Then think in what parts the text can be divided and how much time you will need to read them.
* Do not read for too long. You need to make small breaks to have a cup of coffee, do some exercises or have a walk. This allows thinking over what you have read and get the most significant aspects.
So, you see that even some trifles that you have never paid attention to can bother you writing a dissertation.
